All Accounts
This module is only available to users who have a Solution Account (multi-tenants account). Check for details in the Concepts & Terminology section.
Press the “Add” button at the top/right of the screen to create a new account.
Status of an Account
Only Active Accounts all User access and Device data integration.
Key Account Parameters
Solution | The solution to which your account belongs to. A solution is actually an Account Template, defining modules and specific configurations |
Level | Some solutions include various Levels. As an example, the Generic solution has 3 levels: Free, Advanced and Solution |
Data Retention | Number of months before measurements/smart measurements and alerts are deleted from the account |
Layout | Configuration used by the Mobile App to define whether you give access to the List and Tracking views (Generic), List view only (Metering) or Tracking view only (Tracking) |
Max devices | Number of devices that can be activated on the account |
Max users | Number of users that can be activated on the account |
ExpiredAt | Expiration date of the account. After that date, the account remains accessible, but no new device data will be integrated |
Tags | When specified at creation of the account, Rules, Asset Types and Dashboards will be created based on templates - when available - that include this tag |
Template Tab
The list of Dashboards created based on a TAG.
Company Tab
Company information. Used in the footer of reports.
Users
The list of users of that account.
Possibility to add new users and to invite them to join your account.
