Report Library
The Report Library is your central hub for accessing and managing all your reports.
Here's how you can effectively use the Report Library to organize and display your reports:
Accessing the Report Library
- All your reports are listed and accessible from the Report Library.
- By default, the Report Library module lists all reports by their creation date.
Searching and Filtering Reports
- Search Functionality: You can search for specific reports using keywords or phrases.
- Filter Options: Apply filters to refine the list of reports based on:
- Tags: Reports inherit their tags from the scheduled report tags field. Use tags to categorize and quickly find related reports.
- Report Category: Filter reports by their category to focus on specific types of reports.
- Years: Filter reports by the year they were created to review historical data.
Displaying Reports in Dashboards
- Document Widget: Use the document widget to display reports within your dashboards. This widget allows you to integrate reports seamlessly into your data visualizations.
- Report Selection: : Combine report category and tag filtering to select specific reports for display. This allows you to customize your dashboard views based on the reports you need.
Downloading Reports
Click on the report to download it. This allows you to save a local copy for offline viewing or sharing.
