Scheduled Reports
The Scheduled Report module offers the possibility to automatically generate and send reports, by email at specified intervals, to a list of email addresses.
This module can't be used alone. It is used in combination with reports.
Create a scheduled report
- In a report (eg: measurement report), after its generation, you should click on the “clock icon” on the top/right of the screen
- Then setup the main settings for this scheduled report
- Once this is done, you may come to this Scheduled Report module and finalize the configuration (mainly specify the distribution list for your scheduled report).
Configuration Steps
- Specify what will be covered by your report in the Filters tab. The filter parameters are specific to each type of report.
- Add recipients in the Recipeint tab
- Configure the content of the email that will be sent, as a wrapper for your alerts, in the Messages tab
- Specify the frequency of Email transmission in the Frequency tab.
