Distribution Lists

The Distribution list module allows you to configure the automatic transmission of Alerts by email or SMS to a list of recipients.

There are 2 types of supported distribution media:

• Email
• SMS (an additional subscription is required. Contact us for details: support@iotfactory.eu

1. Specify the output medium (Email or SMS) in the main tab
2. Add recipients in the RCP tab
3. Configure the content of the email that will be sent, as a wrapper for your alerts, in the MSG tab
4. Specify which Alerts will be added to your Email, in the FLT tab. Specify a filter on the rules and the time interval to be covered.
5. Specify the frequency of Email/SMS transmission in the FRQ tab.
   • Nearly real time (as soon as the alert is triggered)
   • Or at a date/time of the day/week/month or year.

The HST tab shows you a log of previously sent Email/SMS related to this distribution list.
