Opening Hours, Working Days, Machine Times

Opening Hours, Working Days, Machine Times Defining opening hours (offices, stores, factories, warehouses) allows you to process data from sensors differently, depending on the time of day or day of the week.

Definition steps

Using the Static List:

In the definition of a Smart Device or a Rule

It is possible to select a static list as a variable (in the Processing tab of the smart device). The value of this variable will be taken based on the date/time of evaluation of the smart device/rule

In a Dashboard

In the Chart, State, Dynamic Note, Table widgets… it is possible to apply a transformation for each input. In the transformation screen, you can apply a filter on a Schedule (by specifying whether you want to filter on the value 0 or 1) and define a calculation operation, such as calculating a sum or an average. It is important, for the operation to be applied correctly, to define in this same screen, a Step (for example on data per hour or quarter hour) allowing to take into account “intraday” data

Example - Consumption split between working/non working hours

Example - Trigger alert when consumption detected outside working hours

Example - Count the number of people in a queue at lunchtime

This means that it will only calculate smartmeasures for the period when the planning value of “lunchtime” static list is 1.
