The Scheduled Report module offers the possibility to automatically generate and send reports, by email at specified intervals, to a list of email addresses.
This module can't be used alone. It is used in combination with reports.
Create a scheduled report
In a report (eg: measurement report), after its generation, you should click on the “clock icon” on the top/right of the screen
Then setup the main settings for this scheduled report
Once this is done, you may come to this Scheduled Report module and finalize the configuration (mainly specify the distribution list for your scheduled report).
Configuration Steps
Specify what will be covered by your report in the Filters tab. The filter parameters are specific to each type of report.
Add recipients in the Recipeint tab
Configure the content of the email that will be sent, as a wrapper for your alerts, in the Messages tab
Specify the frequency of Email transmission in the Frequency tab.
